All Orders Ship within 24 Hours (Same Day or Next Day Shipping)

Our order processing and shipping systems operate in real time.  All orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) will ship on the same day as the order placement. Any order placed after 1:00 pm will ship the Next Business Day. If you require same day shipping on an order placed after 1:00 pm, call customer service for expedited order processing.

Domestic orders will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days of being shipped.

Domestic Shipping
Your order will be processed in house within 1-2 business days. From that point the speed of delivery depends on the shipping method chosen. Domestic shipping is provided by United States Postal Service or UPS. International shipping and deliveries to PO Boxes, APO or FPO are delivered by the United States Postal Service only.

UPS Ground
Delivery within 1-5 business days. Prices are based on the weight of the item(s) purchased and your location in the country. Below is a map of estimated transit times for ground shipments from Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Please note that the date of shipment is not counted as a separate business day. For example, if you are in a 3 day zone and your package is shipped on Monday you will receive the package on Thursday.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Air service with delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day. 

USPS First Class Mail
Delivery to every address in the United States-including PO boxes and military addresses. This method of shipping is reliable and inexpensive. Delivery time is made in an average of 3-7 days.

USPS Priority Mail
Delivery to every address in the United States-including PO boxes and military addresses. This method of shipping is reliable and inexpensive. Delivery time is made in an average of 2-3 days.

USPS Priority Mail Express 
Overnight delivery to most US locations with no Saturday delivery charge. Delivery to every address in the United States -including PO boxes and military addresses. Delivery time is made in an average of 1-2 days. Order must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday for same day shipping.

International Shipping
The United States Postal Service will be used for all PO Boxes, APO, FPO and international orders.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal from the countries mentioned above and shipped within that same country. These transactions are carefully examined and Animation Shops reserves the right to refuse ANY transaction because we were unable to secure validation.

International Orders
Due to the high rate of international credit card fraud we must examine each order carefully. You may receive an e-mail attempting to verify the validity of your order. You may be ask to provide a copy of a driver's license or passport in order to verify your address. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Fraud Prevention
If we suspect a fraudulent transaction has occurred, Animation Shops reserves the right to refuse any order based on our internal decision making.

International Taxes
Your quoted total DOES NOT INCLUDE any taxes, VAT fees or other Duties charged by the country of delivery. Any fees charged at the country of delivery are not included in your payment to Animation Shops and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. We suggest you inquiry with the appropriate agency about taxes or duties before you order. 

Note: We cannot mark any package as a “gift” in order to avoid such taxes.

Cross Border Ordering
Unfortunately we cannot accept an order with a credit card from one country shipping merchandise to another. We are only able to do this if you are paying via PayPal.

Currency Conversion
All of Animation Shops prices are listed in US dollars. Your credit card company will convert your currency into US dollars and then charge you in your own currency. Usually there is a 1-2 percent fee that your credit card company will charge you for the currency conversion.

Speed of Delivery
It may take up to 3 business days to process international orders for shipping. Shipping time will begin when your package ships. Most packages should reach non-US addresses 10 business days after shipping but may take longer to arrive. If your purchase is time sensitive please order early. Due to the increase in airport security and the decrease in flights, we are unable to guarantee the shipping speed for any international packages.

USPS Priority Mail Express International

USPS Express is our fastest and most reliable shipping source, with delivery to most international addresses. Orders will arrive in 4-7 business days from the ship date. Tracking details are available for this particular shipping method.

USPS Priority Mail International

This method is available to most international addresses, USPS Priority shipments will arrive on average in 5-10 business days and are subject to delays, and sometimes can take 2-3 weeks to arrive to the final destination. Tracking detail is not available for this particular shipping method. However, the percentage of USPS Priority shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1% and we consider them a very reliable shipping source.

USPS First Class Mail International

This method of shipping is reliable and is the most economical it can handle large parcels to international addresses, shipments will arrive in 10-14 business days and are subject to delays, and sometimes can take 4-5 weeks to arrive to the final destination. Tracking detail is not available for this shipping method. However, the percentage of USPS Priority shipments not reaching the destination is less than 1% and we consider them a very reliable shipping source.
